By using our site, booking sessions, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

⭐Reiki and holistic energy healing

⭐Client wellness consultations

⭐Digital downloads (free and paid)

⭐Physical wellness products (limited supply)

These services are not intended to replace licensed medical care. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 120 minutes before the session start time.If canceled more than 120 minutes prior, you may request a 50% refund of the prepaid session fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 120 minutes of the scheduled session.

4. Refunds for Products

⭐Digital Downloads: Paid items are eligible for a 25% refund, provided the refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

⭐Physical Retail Products: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

5. Minors

Clients under 18 may receive services only with a parent or guardian present during the session.

7. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in North Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
